Terms of Service

By using this app or ordering from Swayzee Loinz, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us — your name, phone number, email, and pickup selection — so we can prepare and hand off your order correctly.

Menu items, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice, and some items may sell out. Sales tax is applied at checkout at the rate posted at the time of your order. Payment is collected when you place your order, processed securely by Stripe.

We're a mobile truck, not a delivery service — every order is for pickup only, at the stop you select, within that stop's posted operating window. Orders can't be prepared or picked up outside that window.

If we need to cancel your order — for example, if we run out of an item or have to leave a stop early — we'll cancel it and automatically refund your payment in full through Stripe. If you need to cancel on your end, contact us as soon as possible; we'll do our best to accommodate you, but can't guarantee a refund once your order is already being prepared.

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Please use one account per person. We may suspend or terminate accounts used for fraud or abuse.

Reward points are earned per the program's current rate and have no cash value. Points can be redeemed for rewards in person at the truck, at our staff's discretion, and aren't transferable between accounts. We may change or end the rewards program at any time.

Submitting a catering request through the app is not a confirmed booking. We'll follow up to finalize the details, pricing, and terms for your event directly.

Please don't use the app to submit fraudulent orders or payment information, attempt to disrupt or abuse our ordering system, or interfere with other customers' use of the app.

The app and our service are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swayzee Loinz isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do — continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
