Privacy Policy

Swayzee Loinz ("we," "us," "our") operates a mobile food truck based in Batesville, IN, along with this app for browsing our menu, finding our schedule, and ordering ahead. This policy explains what information we collect through the app and how we use it.

Account information. If you create an account, we collect your email address, password (stored securely by our authentication provider, never in plain text), and optionally a display name.

Order information. Whether you order as a guest or while signed in, we collect your name, phone number, and optionally your email, along with your order details and the pickup stop you selected. Phone numbers are used to text you when your order is ready, if you opt in at checkout.

Payment information. Payments are processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe handles that under its own security standards.

Push notifications. If you enable notifications, your device registers a push subscription with us so we can alert you about upcoming stops or order status.

Cart contents. Items you add to your cart are stored only in your browser's local storage — they're not sent to us until you check out.

Automatically collected information. Like most web services, our servers log IP addresses for security and to prevent abuse (for example, limiting how many orders or catering requests can come from one connection in a short time).

We use the information above to: prepare and fulfill your orders, process payments, send you order status updates by push notification or text (if you've opted in), respond to catering requests, track and award loyalty rewards points for account holders, and keep the app secure and working reliably.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for third-party advertising. We share information only with the service providers that help us run the app:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Supabase — our database and account authentication
• Resend — sending catering confirmation and announcement emails
• Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery, and spam/bot protection on our forms

We may also disclose information if required by law.

We keep order records for as long as needed for business and tax record-keeping. If you have an account, we keep your account information until you ask us to delete it.

You can order as a guest at any time without creating an account. You can turn off push notifications or text updates whenever you like. To access, correct, or delete your personal information, contact us using the details below.

Our app is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure. We can't guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.
